We are also tucked behind the HDFC ATM, which is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with this part of Gurgaon. Our zip code is 122002. It’s a small shop, not one of those massive fancy kitchens you see in the mall. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way. Every morning starts with getting the place ready and checking the supplies. It’s a lot of manual work and we don't have a big corporate team helping us out. It’s just us behind the counter. The area around Gate No. 2 is always active, with people going in and out and stopping by the ATM. We get a lot of locals who live nearby and some people who work in the surrounding offices. The space is practical and focused on the work. We don't have plush seating or expensive lighting. It’s just a kitchen where we make things happen every day. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when we’re busy, but we manage. We like the hustle of Palam Vihar and being right there on the ground level where we can see everything going on in the street.
