Udaipuri A Vegetarian Kitchen

Our kitchen is located at Shop Number A-204 in Super Mart-1, which is part of DLF City Phase 4 in Gurgaon. We decided from the start to only cook vegetarian food because that is what we are good at making. The shop is not very large, so things can get a bit cramped during the lunch hour when the office workers from around the area come in. We do not have a lot of decorations or fancy furniture. It is just a practical place to get a meal. Gurgaon is a very fast-paced city, but we try to keep things steady here. We spend our mornings cleaning vegetables and getting the lentils ready for the day. A lot of people choose to take their food away because we only have a few tables. The parking in Super Mart-1 can be a real headache, but we still see our regulars coming back. We do not use any big marketing tricks. People just know us for the food we serve every day. Sometimes we run out of certain dishes if it is a particularly busy afternoon, and we just have to tell people we will have more tomorrow. It is a simple way of doing business and it works for us. We just focus on the cooking and keeping the kitchen moving along. There is always a lot to do, but we just take it one order at a time.
