Turban Tadka

Turban Tadka is located in the D Block of Sushant Arcade Market. This is in Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon. If you’ve been to Gurgaon, you know how these markets are. They are full of small shops, chemists, and grocery stores. We are just tucked into the arcade there. It’s a handy spot for people living in the apartments nearby. They come by when they don't feel like cooking at home. The market gets quite lively in the evenings. During the day, it is a bit slower. We’ve got a small team here. We spend our time prepping in the back and waiting for the dinner rush. Gurgaon is a fast-paced city, but our corner of Sushant Lok Phase 1 feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We know many of our customers by face because they live just around the corner. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us putting out food every day. The shop isn't huge. We have some seating, but a lot of people just take their food to go. Sometimes the parking in the arcade gets a bit messy, but that is just how Gurgaon is. We’ve been in this market for a while and have seen businesses come and go. We just keep doing our thing, making sure the kitchen stays busy and the orders go out on time. It’s a very grounded, local operation that serves the families nearby.
