The Gurgaon Grill

The Gurgaon Grill is just Shop Number 24 in the Huda Market. We are right there in Sector 7, not far from Old Railway Road. It’s a typical market spot. We’ve been here in Gurgaon for a while now. The market is always crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We don't have a lot of space. It’s just a small shop where we do our grilling. The 122001 area is quite old, so the streets are narrow and sometimes it gets really dusty. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean. It’s just me and a couple of others working here. We don't have a big management team or anything like that. We just buy our coal and meat every day and get to work. Sometimes the weather is bad and we don't get many people. Other times, it’s so busy we can’t keep up. We don't use any special tricks. We just cook what we have. People know us from around Sector 7. We don't do much in the way of decorations. Just a few chairs out front for people to wait. It’s a simple life. We start early in the morning with the prep and stay until the last customer leaves. It’s just a small business trying to get by. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. Just a grill shop in a busy Huda Market area.
