Tandoori Flame

Tandoori Flame is right here in the Sector 14 Main Market in Gurgaon. If you know the area, we're near Om Sweets, which is always crowded. It gets pretty chaotic on this street with all the cars and people trying to park, but we like the energy. Our shop is at number 15. We spend most of our day getting the tandoor to the right temperature. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't really have a big fancy office, just the kitchen and the seating area where people grab a quick bite. Some customers have been coming to us since we opened, and we know their orders before they even sit down. The market is noisy, and sometimes deliveries get delayed because of the traffic out front, but we try our best to manage. We aren't trying to be the most stylish place in Gurgaon; we just want to make sure the food is hot. The staff is mostly local guys who have been working in kitchens for years. We keep the floor clean, keep the spices stocked, and handle the lunch rush as it comes. It's a straightforward business. No big secrets or anything, just fire and flour and a lot of patience. Sometimes the heat from the ovens is tough in the summer, but we just keep the fans running and stay busy. It isn't a perfect system, but we show up every day and do the work the best we can.
