Swaad Ka Khazana

We are tucked away in the lower ground floor of Sushant Shopping Arcade. Specifically, we are at LGF-11 in Sushant Lok Phase 1. Gurgaon is a fast-moving city, but inside the arcade, things feel a little more contained. Swaad Ka Khazana is just our small venture where we spend most of our waking hours. It is not a massive place with dozens of staff members. Usually, it is just a couple of us making sure everything is running okay. We chose this spot because it is central and people are always coming through the arcade for one thing or another. The lighting in the basement level isn't always the brightest, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time in the back getting things prepped. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, while other days we barely have time to breathe. We don't use any fancy equipment or have a corporate office somewhere else. Everything happens right here in this shop. We see the same faces every week, mostly people who work in the nearby offices or live in the Phase 1 blocks. It is a lot of work to keep a small business going in a place like Gurgaon, but we just take it as it comes. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to provide a decent meal to whoever walks down those stairs into the arcade for a short break.
