If you find yourself in the food court at Metropolitan Mall on MG Road, that’s where you’ll see us. We are at Shop Number 3. Being in a food court in Gurgaon means things move very fast. Most of our customers are in a hurry, either heading back to work or catching a movie. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the mall change quite a bit over the years. It’s a hectic life, honestly. We start early in the morning to get the dough and ingredients sorted before the first person walks in. It’s loud, there’s always a lot of clatter from the other stalls, and the lunch hour is basically a marathon. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we just use the stone oven to make stuff that tastes like it should. We don't have fancy decorations because, well, it's a food court, so it’s all about the food and the speed. Sometimes we get the orders mixed up when five people are shouting at once, but we always fix it. It's just us trying to keep people fed while they go about their busy days. MG Road is always packed, so we appreciate anyone who chooses to stop at our little counter instead of the big chains. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like being part of the noise here.
