Shining Star Residency

We are located in DLF City Phase III in Gurgaon. Our address is T 15/5. This area is mostly houses and other guest houses, so it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a commercial district. We have a few rooms that we rent out to people who are usually in town for work in the nearby Cyber City or other office hubs. The building is a typical Gurgaon structure. We have a small staff that looks after the cleaning and the gate. It is a straightforward place to stay if you just need a bed and a roof. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a gym. We just focus on keeping the rooms ready for whoever arrives. In the evenings, it is mostly quiet, though you can hear the planes or the distant sound of the highway. We provide basic meals if someone asks, but most guests go out to the local markets nearby. We spend our days making sure the water is running and the power backup is ready, as the electricity can be a bit unreliable sometimes. It is a simple residency. We have some regular guests who stay with us every time they are in Gurgaon. We do not do any big marketing; people usually find us through word of mouth or online listings. We just try to keep things honest and practical for everyone who stays here.
