Sasuraal Restaurant

We are over in Sector 29, specifically at Sco-26 in the market area. If you’re driving near Signature Tower, you’re basically right there. Gurgaon is always changing with new buildings, but this market has stayed a steady spot for us. Our place isn't trying to be like those really modern cafes you see everywhere now. We just have tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays open late. The staff here has been with us for a while, so we all know how the routine goes. When the evening hits, the whole sector gets really crowded with people coming from work. We mostly just focus on getting the food out on time. Sometimes the music is a bit loud from the street, but that's just the vibe of Sector 29. We don't have a giant team of designers making the place look perfect. It looks like a normal restaurant. We fix things when they break and keep the floors swept. People come in, they eat, they chat, and they leave. It’s a straightforward business. We buy our groceries locally every morning to make sure we have what we need for the day's menu. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen in this part of town because it never really stops. We don’t do much advertising; mostly people just see our sign when they're walking through the market looking for a meal.
