Sanskriti Restaurant

We are up on the 3rd floor of the MGF Metropolitan Mall on MG Road in Gurgaon. Being in the food court means it’s always a bit hectic. We are very close to the MG Road Metro Station, so we get a lot of people coming in right after they get off the train. It’s a standard mall restaurant setup. We’ve been here for a while now, watching the mall change around us. The lunch hours are usually the busiest when the office workers from nearby come in. Then in the evenings, it’s mostly shoppers and people catching a movie. We don't have a lot of space for ourselves, just the counter and the kitchen area. It’s all about fast service because people in malls are usually in a hurry. We just focus on getting the food ready. No fancy decorations or anything like that. The mall management handles most of the cleaning in the common area, but we keep our kitchen tidy. It's a straightforward business. We don't spend money on big ads. If you're walking through the third floor looking for something to eat, you’ll see us. We’re just one of the many spots in the food court trying to serve decent meals to the Gurgaon crowd. It’s a fast-paced environment but we’ve gotten used to it. The staff knows how to handle the rush pretty well. We keep the stovetops hot until the mall closes up for the evening.
