Rollmaal Speedy Chow

Rollmaal Speedy Chow is located at Shop Number 28 in the Sector 15 Part 2 Huda Market. If you’re familiar with Gurgaon, you know how busy these local markets can get, especially being so close to Galaxy Mall. We’re right in the thick of it. Our shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit crowded near the counter when the dinner rush starts. We’ve got a small kitchen where we do all the chopping and frying. It’s noisy and there’s always the sound of a wok being scraped or someone calling out an order number. We don't have a big seating area with air conditioning; it's more of a place where you grab your food and head out, or stand around the tables outside. The name says "speedy" and we do try to get the food out fast, but sometimes when the tickets pile up, there’s a bit of a wait. We use simple ingredients and just cook things the way we were taught. The floor might have a bit of flour on it during the day, and the menus are just printed on plain paper, but that's because we’re focused on the cooking. We’ve been in this market for a while now and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a regular neighborhood joint for anyone who wants a quick bite without any fuss or fancy prices.
