RAJINDER KA DHABA

Rajinder Ka Dhaba is a small shop at number 102 in the Huda Market of Sector 31. We are right near the Mother Dairy, so people usually find us easily when they come for their daily groceries. Gurgaon is a very fast city now, but our dhaba still feels like the old days. We don't have fancy glass doors or liveried waiters. It is just a simple place where the food is cooked in big pots and served hot. I spend most of my day sitting at the counter or checking on the kitchen. We have a few boys who help with serving and cleaning the tables. The market is always buzzing with people, especially in the evenings. We get a lot of office workers who live nearby and don't want to cook at home. The menu is quite short, just the things we know how to make well. We don't believe in using those complicated names for dishes. It’s just dal, sabzi, and roti. Sometimes the seating is a bit tight, and you might have to share a table if it’s busy. We don't mind that, and the customers don't seem to mind either. It’s a local spot for people who just want a good meal without any drama. We’ve been in Sector 31 for a long time and we know most of our regular customers by name. We just open up and do the work every day.
