You can find New Neha Tour & Travels at A-10/1 M G Road. We are situated right near the Bristol Hotel, which is a landmark most people in the city recognize. Our office is tucked away, so you have to look for the sign near the entrance. It’s a small space filled with maps, old calendars, and posters of places we’ve sent people to. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and checking on bookings. MG Road is always packed with traffic, so it’s a lively place to be. We’ve had some of the same drivers working with us for years, and they know the roads better than any GPS. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and figure out the best routes for travelers. Sometimes the printer jams when we’re trying to get tickets ready, and we have to fix it ourselves. It’s a lot of juggling schedules and making sure the cars are ready to go. We deal with regular families mostly. It's an honest living and we enjoy hearing the stories when people come back from their trips. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the plans because travel is already stressful enough.
