Express Tour

We are based at Sushant Vyapar Kendra, on the second floor of Phase I in Sushant Lok. It’s a decent spot in a building that has a lot of other offices and shops around it. Our office is number 3. We spend most of our time looking at computer screens and talking on the phone to arrange things for people who want to go somewhere. There are maps on the wall and piles of papers on the desks. It isn't a very large space, but it’s where we do all our planning. People usually come in with a lot of questions about bus timings or car rentals, and we try to give them the answers based on what we know. It can get a bit hectic when several people come in at once, all wanting to go to different places. We handle the bookings and make sure the drivers know where they are going. Sushant Lok is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside our window. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us here who know about travel and like to get things organized. Sometimes the internet is slow or a phone line goes down, and we just have to deal with it. We are just a local travel office trying to keep the schedules straight for our customers while managing the daily office work.
