Central Arcade Taxi Service

Central Arcade Taxi Service is tucked away near the Central Orchid Market in DLF City Phase I. It’s a spot that stays busy because of all the shops and people moving through the area. We’ve got a small space where we manage the drivers and the cars. It’s nothing special to look at, just a room with some phones and a place to sit. Most of the time, the drivers are out on the road, so it’s just one or two of us here keeping track of things. We hear the traffic from the main road all day long. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to actually read the newspaper for a bit. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on getting people from one place to another. The cars are parked nearby, and we’re always checking the tires or cleaning them out after a long shift. Being near the market means we get a lot of walk-in customers too, people who just finished their shopping and don't want to carry heavy bags all the way home. It’s a practical business. We’ve been in this part of DLF City for a while, so we know the streets like the back of our hands. It’s just a regular local taxi stand doing its thing every day without any big fuss or complicated systems.
