Masala night

We are located at NM 7 in the old DLF colony, over in Sector 14 of Gurgaon. If you know where the Dr Lal path lab is, we are right opposite that. This part of Gurgaon feels a bit different from the new side of town with all the huge skyscrapers and malls. It is a bit more settled and quiet here. We call the place Masala night. It is not a very big operation. We have a small team and we do things our own way. The street outside can get pretty crowded with cars and people going to the lab or the other shops nearby. We started this because we wanted a place in the neighborhood where people could just get some food. We do not have fancy furniture or anything like that. It is just a practical setup for eating. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, and other days we can't keep up with the orders coming in. That is just how a small business goes. We use simple ingredients and do not try to overcomplicate the menu with things we can't do. People around here know us now since we have been here for a while. We have had the same neighbors for a long time. It feels like a real part of the Sector 14 community. We just keep the lights on and the kitchen going until we close up for the night. There is no big secret to what we do. We just show up and work.
