We are located on South City Road in Gurgaon, right near the Mother Dairy which everyone uses as a landmark. The 122001 area is always on the move with people coming home from work or heading out for errands. Our building is simple and we keep the doors open most of the time to let some air in. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and the things people need on a daily basis. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors who stop by after picking up their milk or bread. The street outside can get pretty clogged with cars and delivery bikes, especially in the evenings. We deal with the usual Gurgaon issues like the dust and the heat during the long summers. It is not a polished showroom; it is more of a functional space where we keep things organized the best we can. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make space or spend the morning cleaning the windows from the road grime. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy signs. We just open up in the morning and stay until the evening. People come in for all sorts of reasons, and we try to help them find what they are looking for without making a big deal out of it. It’s just a normal part of life on this side of town, and we like being part of the local routine. We often watch the traffic crawl by from our front step while we wait for the next person to walk in.
