Kwality Kabab & Curry

Kwality Kabab & Curry is sitting at Shop No-11 in the Sector-14 Market of Gurgaon. This market is one of the older, more established ones in the city, so it has a very specific feel to it. It is always busy with people running errands or hanging out in the evenings. Our shop is right in the main market area, which means we are right in the middle of all the action. The smell of the tandoor and the spices usually fills the air around our door. We do not have a lot of room for people to lounge around; it is more of a place where you come to get your food and maybe stand and eat or take it home. The kitchen gets incredibly hot, especially when we have the fires going for the kababs. We are just a group of people working hard to keep the orders moving. Gurgaon can be a stressful city, but the market feels a bit more grounded. We have our regulars who come by after work, and we know most of the other shopkeepers nearby. We do not use any polished language or marketing tricks. We just show up, light the fires, and start cooking.
