Kukkad Koo - Hot N Juicy Chicken Delivery

We run a delivery-based business out of Palam Vihar in Gurgaon. We don't have a big dining room where you can sit down and eat. Instead, we focus on getting chicken orders out to people’s houses. Gurgaon is a place where everyone is always in a hurry, so we stay busy trying to keep up with the demand. We started this because we wanted to do something simple. We focus on quality and keeping the price at a point where regular people can afford it without thinking twice. We aren't some big international food chain with a thousand locations. It’s just our kitchen here in Palam Vihar. The staff is small, and we mostly just talk about the orders and the routes for the day. We don't have a PR person or a marketing budget. Our name is a bit funny, but we take the work seriously. If the kitchen is hot and the orders are moving, we’re happy. We’ve had to learn a lot as we go along, especially about the best ways to get through the Gurgaon traffic. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we run a bit behind, but we’re honest about it. We’re just a local crew trying to make a living by delivering food that people actually want to eat. It’s a basic setup, and that’s exactly how we like it. We focus on the work instead of talking about it.
