KHAO KHILAO RESTAURANT

We’ve been here at Shop no. 3 for a while now. It’s right on Chakkarpur Road, just behind the Sahara Mall in Gurgaon. Sometimes it gets really busy with people coming from the mall or those living nearby. Our staff usually gets in early to start prepping the kitchen. It’s not a huge place, but we try to keep things clean and tidy for everyone who walks in. The address is 122001 if you’re looking us up on a map. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather is too hot outside. We mostly just focus on getting the food ready on time. There is always some noise from the road, but that is just how it is around here. We see the same faces often, people working in the offices or shopping nearby. It’s a simple setup we’ve got. Nothing fancy. We just open the shutters, get the lights on, and start the day. Being behind the mall means we get a bit of that foot traffic, which is nice. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside making things a bit crowded. But we manage. It’s just us working here every day, making sure the plates are ready and the tables are wiped down. If you are coming down Chakkarpur Road, you will find us easily enough at shop number 3. It's just a regular spot for a meal. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people doing the work and keeping the place going day after day.
