Khansama Restaurant

Khansama Restaurant is located on the third floor of the Shopping Plaza in South City 2. You can find us at F-307, right on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. Being on the 3rd floor means we get a decent view of the road, though mostly it’s just traffic. It’s a busy shopping complex, and we’ve been part of it for a good while now. The zip code is 122018. We have a simple routine here. The morning starts with unloading supplies that come up the service lift. We spend a lot of time just organizing the kitchen and making sure the dining area is ready for the South City 2 residents. It’s a neighborhood place, really. People stop by when they are done with their shopping or if they live nearby and don't want to cook. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with the tables we have. We don't use any fancy systems, just a regular kitchen and some hardworking staff. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when all the tables are full, but we just manage it as best as we can. The Sohna Road area is always growing, so there are always new people around. We just keep doing what we do, serving the food and keeping the place running six days a week. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. We just focus on getting the orders right and keeping the floor clean.
