Kaustubh Restaurant

Kaustubh Restaurant is over in Gurgaon at the Southend Bldg, which is part of the 32 Mile Stone area. Specifically, we are in Shop No 5 and 6 on the D-2 level. Our zip code is 122001. If you know where the Select City Mall is at 32 Mile Stone, we are just behind it. It is a pretty modern area with a lot of offices and people rushing around. We aren't a huge place, just a couple of shop units put together to make a dining space. Most of our day is spent prepping for the lunch rush when the office workers come out. It gets quite frantic for a couple of hours and then things settle down a bit in the afternoon. We don't have any big marketing plans or a professional spokesperson. We are just the people who show up every morning to get the kitchen ready. There is always a lot to do, from checking the vegetables to making sure the billing machine is working. The building can be quite busy, and sometimes there are issues with the parking or the elevators, which is just part of being in Gurgaon. We just try to provide a place where people can sit for a minute and have something to eat. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the city, we just want to keep things running smoothly in our little corner of the Southend Bldg. It gets tiring but we are used to the pace.
