Kabab & Curries Restaurant

We are tucked away on the first floor at 125 in Sector V. Most people in Gurgaon know this area is always buzzing with activity. We've been here for a while now, just doing our thing with the kababs and curries. It’s a simple setup up those stairs. We don’t have a big team or anything, just enough of us to keep the kitchen running and the tables cleared. Sometimes the place gets a bit loud when the lunch crowd comes in from the nearby offices, but that’s just how it is. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy menus. We figure people come here for the food, not to look at the walls. It’s honest work, and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. The weather in Gurgaon can be pretty harsh, so being on the first floor helps keep things a bit cooler inside. We try to keep things consistent every day. Sometimes we run out of a particular dish if it's been a busy night, but we just start fresh the next morning. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us and the regulars who have been coming to see us for years. We just focus on getting the plates out and making sure the kitchen stays organized. If you’re walking around Sec-V, you’ll find us easily enough. We’re just local people serving the local community here.
