India House Restaurant

India House Restaurant is located inside the Hotel 32nd Milestone in Gurgaon. We are right on National Highway No 8, which is one of the busiest roads you’ll ever see. Being at this location means we see a lot of people passing through on their way to or from Delhi. The restaurant isn't one of those super modern, minimalist places. It’s got a bit more of a traditional feel to it. We’ve been operating here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen Gurgaon grow up all around us. Back when we started, there weren't nearly as many buildings as there are now. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and we spend most of our time back there making sure everything is ready for the guests. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team telling us what to say. It’s just us and the staff trying to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes the traffic on the highway makes it a bit hard for people to get in, but once they are here, it’s a bit of a break from the noise. We don't really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a restaurant in a hotel by the highway. We show up, we cook, we serve, and we do it all again the next day. It’s a simple routine that has worked for us for years. We try to keep things honest and the food hot.
