Hot Meals Restaurant

We are over at Shop number 39 in Sector 17, Gurgaon. It’s right in the Main Huda Market, near the Reliance Fresh. If you spend any time in Sukhrali, you’ve probably walked past us at some point. We’ve been running this restaurant for a few years now. It’s a busy area and there are always people moving around the market. Our shop is simple and we don't spend much on decorations or anything like that. We put our energy into the kitchen instead. We have a small crew and we all work pretty hard to keep up with the lunch and dinner orders. It gets especially crowded in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We aren't a big corporate chain with a lot of rules. We just figured out how to run the place through trial and error over the years. Some days things go perfectly and other days the sink gets clogged or a delivery is late. We just handle whatever comes our way. We don't have any fancy marketing phrases to use. We just offer regular meals to people in the neighborhood. Most of our customers are the same people who work in the other shops around here. We like being part of the market community. It feels like a real place with real people working hard every single day. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs without making any fuss about it.
