We are located on Mata Road in Gurgaon, right near where the Choudhary Tent House is set up. This part of Gurgaon feels a bit more like a real neighborhood than the big office parks further out. Our place is simple and we don't try to be anything we are not. We serve food that we grew up eating, and we don't use any complicated recipes. The kitchen is small but we keep it moving. You might see us unloading crates of vegetables in the morning or cleaning the front windows. It is just a few of us working here every day. We know the neighbors and the people who work at the shops nearby. Sometimes the road gets dusty when there is construction, but we just keep the doors shut and the AC running. It is a good spot for people who live around here or those who are visiting someone nearby. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some tables and chairs and a place to wash your hands. It is the kind of place where you can just sit down and eat without worrying about which fork to use. We have been here for a while and we plan on staying. Mata Road is always busy, but inside it is just a normal place to get a meal and a drink.
