Dana Choga

You can find Dana Choga at numbers 5 and 6, right by Atul Katria Chowk on Old Delhi Road. This is in Sector 14 of Gurgaon. It is a very noisy part of town because of all the cars and bikes going past. We have been here for quite a while now. The kitchen is usually the busiest part of the building. We spend most of our time cooking and making sure the food is ready for the people who come in. We are not a fancy dining hall with white tablecloths. It is more of a practical place where you come to eat and then go about your day. The floor is made of plain tiles and the chairs are just standard ones. We have a lot of delivery drivers coming in and out all the time, which keeps us on our toes. The walls have a few scuffs here and there, but that is what happens when a place is actually used. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a menu and some stoves. Gurgaon is a fast place, and Sector 14 is right in the middle of it. We just try to keep up with the pace. It gets hot in the kitchen, and sometimes we run out of things, but we just deal with it. It is a local business run by local people.
