Crazy Noodles

People usually find us because they are already wandering around Galleria Market in DLF City Phase 4. We are tucked away on the second floor at R-003, which is a bit of a climb if you are not used to it, but it gives us a good view of the shoppers below in Gurgaon. Crazy Noodles is basically what it says on the sign. We spend most of our time boiling water and chopping vegetables. The market can be really loud on the weekends, and sometimes the delivery guys are all bunched up near the entrance, but that is just part of being in this area. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the 122002 zip code feels like home to most of the staff. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that; it is just a few of us making sure the noodles are cooked right and the tables aren't sticky. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients when the supply truck is late, and we just have to tell people we're sorry. It is a simple life in a busy building. We like the energy of DLF Phase 4, even when it gets a bit too crowded to move. Being on the second floor means we are a little bit away from the main street noise, but you can still hear the city moving. It is just us here making noodles every day.
