Vivaka Public School

We are situated right on the Main Road in Tenali, so we are right in the thick of things. It’s a convenient location for most parents because they can just drop their kids off on their way to the market or the office. The school is a familiar sight for anyone who lives in this part of town. We don’t have a lot of extra frills or expensive facilities that some people talk about. Instead, we have a set of classrooms that are usually full and teachers who have been with us for a long time. Life here is pretty predictable. We start with the morning assembly, which can be a bit chaotic with everyone trying to line up, and then we get right into the lessons. We don't really have a marketing department, so we just rely on people seeing us every day and knowing what we do. The building is older, and we’re always having to touch up the paint or fix a leak here and there, but it serves its purpose. We try to keep things honest and simple. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a schedule of what needs to be done. The kids are local, the teachers are local, and we just try to help them learn what they need to know. It’s a busy place, especially during the breaks, but it’s our little corner of Tenali and we’re happy to be here.
