Khutyavad Farmer Producer Company Limited is over in Khutiyawadgaon in the Guna district. Ranveer Singh is the one who handles the main stuff at his house. We are a group of farmers from around 473001 who thought we should stop working completely separately. Guna has a lot of farming going on, and it can get quite competitive and difficult for a single person to manage everything. So we formed this company. It’s a very local thing. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy building. It’s just us, the people who actually plow the fields and plant the seeds. We meet up at Ranveer’s to discuss what we are going to plant and how we are going to get it to the market. Sometimes the discussion goes on for hours because everyone has their own way of doing things. We grow the usual crops for this region. We’ve seen good years and bad years, and we know that working together is usually better than working alone. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just farm. The paperwork is a bit of a headache, but we manage it between us. It’s about making sure we can keep our farms going and maybe make things a little smoother for the next season. We are just regular people from Guna doing what we know best and trying to stay honest.
