Kumbharaj Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in the village of Golyaheda. Our office is situated at Prakash Kushwah’s place in the Chachoda/Kumbhraj region of Guna. We are right in the middle of a big farming area, which is perfect for an agro-based company like ours. Our setup is very basic and mostly consists of a room where we store our records and meet with the farmers from the village. Kumbhraj is famous for its markets, and we spend a lot of time there trying to get the best for our members. We aren't a big corporation with lots of money to spend on fancy offices. We just use what we have and focus on the task at hand. Most of us grew up in this area, so we understand the local conditions and the problems that farmers face every year. Our office usually has samples of grain or seeds sitting around, as it is a working space first and foremost. We don't do any advertising or social media. Most people in Golyaheda know Prakash and know where to find us if they have questions or need help with their produce. We just sit down with whoever comes by and have a real conversation about the business. It’s a very straightforward and honest way of working. We are just local people trying to make the agro business work for our community. There’s always something to do. It’s not complicated.
