Our company is called Shree Ratipal Singh Farmer Producer Company Limited, and we are located in Khanpour Raikheda, Sadar. The place is still connected to the memory of Late Sri Ratipal Singh, which is why we kept the name like that. It’s a way to remember where we started. These days, we are just a collection of farmers from the Raikheda area trying to make a go of it. We don't have a big corporate office or a bunch of managers. It is just us in the village, dealing with the daily chores of agricultural life. Some days are good when the crops look green and healthy, and other days are a struggle when the pests get into the stalks. We share what we know and try to help each other out with tools or advice. Khanpour is a quiet spot, and we like it that way. We aren't interested in being some high-profile business. We just want to farm our land, get a fair price for what we grow, and go home to our families at night. It is a lot of mud and hard work, but there is something good about seeing things grow from the earth. We just keep things simple and honest, doing our work without any extra fluff or fancy words. Life around here doesn't change much, and we are fine with that. We just focus on the next harvest.
