Zaiqa Ac Restaurant The Taste Of Hyderabad

We set up Zaiqa Ac Restaurant in the New Zaiqa Building in Gulbarga. It is located on the road leading to KBN Engineering and Medical College. Being near the college means we get a lot of students and faculty members. It’s a lively area in Nehrugunj. We are quite close to Thipanna Hakeem. We wanted to bring those specific Hyderabadi flavors to this part of town because that's what we know how to cook. The air conditioning is a big help since it gets really hot here in Gulbarga. People like to sit inside and take a break from the sun. The restaurant is not too big but we have enough chairs for everyone. We spend most of our morning getting the spices and meat ready. It takes time to get things right. We don't hurry the cooking process. The staff is local and they work hard. We don't do much advertising. The college kids tell their friends and that's how we stay busy. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, cook, serve, and clean. We try to keep the prices fair for the students. It’s a nice mix of people who come in. Some stay for a long time talking, others just eat and go. We don't mind either way. We are just happy to keep the kitchen going every day for our customers.
