Sha Restaurant Pure Veg is a simple eating place located on Ring Road in Adarsh Nagar, Gulbarga. We are situated near the Food Zone, so there are always people around looking for something to eat. Being a pure veg restaurant, we focus on a specific kind of cooking that our regulars seem to appreciate. The kitchen is the heart of our place, and it’s usually quite loud with the sound of pans and water. We don't have any fancy decor or marketing talk. The tables are basic and we keep the place as clean as we can. Working on Ring Road means we get a lot of travelers and local people from Adarsh Nagar. We open up early to get the prep work done. Peeling vegetables, cleaning the floors, and setting the tables takes up most of our morning. It’s a lot of physical work and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty. We have a small staff and we all know our roles. We don't really have a boss who sits in an office; we are all out here on the floor. Some days the heat in Gulbarga is really intense, which makes the kitchen even hotter, but we just keep going. We aren't looking for awards or anything. We just want to serve a decent meal to anyone who stops by our spot near the Food Zone. It’s a humble business and we like it that way.
