Komal Cafe

Komal Cafe is located at No 3 in the Station Bazar area of Gulbarga. We are right by Timmapuri Chowk, which is a very busy part of town. Since we are near the station, we get a lot of travelers who are just passing through and need a quick tea or something to eat before they catch their train. The 585102 zip code is always moving and shaking. Our cafe isn't very large, just a simple place where you can sit for a bit. We’ve been here for years, and the walls probably show it, but we like the history of the building. In the mornings, it’s all about the early commuters, and by evening, it’s the local shopkeepers winding down after a long day. We don't have a massive menu with things you can't pronounce. It’s just standard cafe fare that people in Gulbarga like and expect. The dust from the station area can be a lot to handle, so we are constantly cleaning the tables and the floors to keep things decent. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we don't really have a boss in a suit telling us what to do every hour. We just know what needs to be done every morning when we open the shutters at the shop. Sometimes the milk delivery is late, or the tea runs out faster than we thought it would, but we manage somehow. It’s just a regular life in a regular cafe. We are glad to be part of the bazar.
