Share E Punjab family restaurant

Our restaurant, Share E Punjab, is located on Jewargi Road in Gulbarga. If you are driving towards the central jail, you will see us right there. We decided to call it a family restaurant because we wanted a place where people could bring their kids and feel comfortable. We have a separate section with some curtains for families who want a bit of privacy. The building is just a plain concrete structure, and we have a small dusty parking lot out front for cars and bikes. Inside, the walls are decorated with some old pictures of Punjab, even though we are way down here in Karnataka. The kitchen has a big tandoor oven that we keep running most of the day. It makes the whole place smell like fresh bread. We get a lot of people who are traveling on the highway and need a break from driving. The road is always loud with the sound of heavy trucks going past. I spend my time mostly at the cash counter or helping the boys clear the tables when it gets busy. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just some big pedestal fans that move the air around. It’s a simple, honest business. We try to keep the food consistent and the water jugs full. It’s just us doing our best every day on Jewargi Road in Gulbarga.
