Our office is located at number 17 in the Chamber of Commerce Building, which is right in the middle of the Super Market area. It’s a very old building with heavy doors and those high ceilings that you don't see much anymore. The stairs are a bit steep, so it’s a workout every time we come in. Inside our space, it’s very quiet compared to the chaos of the market outside. We have some old wooden cupboards and a few desks that have been here since we started. Managalam Enterprises handles various commercial tasks and paperwork. We aren't a big company with a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up at ten in the morning and do what needs to be done. The market outside sells everything from clothes to vegetables, so there is always a lot of shouting and activity. We like the location because everything we need is within walking distance. We know the other people in the building, and we often chat in the hallway. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a small stove to make our own tea. It’s a very practical way of working. We don't use any complicated software, just simple records on paper. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years. They know exactly where to find us in the Chamber of Commerce building. It's just us sitting in room 17.
