Grasim Industries (Rajashree Cement)

This is Rajashree Cement, and we are based out in Malkhed Road in the Gulbarga district of Karnataka. The address is P.O. Malkhed Road, and we have been here for quite some time. It is a bit of a trek from the main city, but this is where the action is. The environment here is very industrial and raw. We deal with the Grasim Industries side of things on a daily basis. Most of our work involves managing the staff and the local operations. It gets really hot in this part of Karnataka, so the fans are always running in the office. We don't have a polished front desk. It is just a place where workers and managers meet to discuss the day's goals. The dust is part of the life here, and you just get used to it after a week. We focus on getting the bags loaded and the trucks moved out on time. There isn't much time for anything else. We are just regular people doing a hard job in a remote location. Sometimes the road to the post office is bumpy, but we make the trip anyway. It's a simple existence focused on cement and logistics. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just do the work that needs doing every morning.
