Acc Ltd Wadi

This office is located in the Wadi area of Gulbarga district in Karnataka. We are on Bishwanath Mahato Street, specifically at number 40/9 inside the Acc Colony. It’s a dedicated community where most people are involved with the cement works in some way. The street is usually busy with people heading to and from the plant. Our workspace is pretty simple. We don’t have any of those modern glass walls or designer chairs. It’s just solid desks and cupboards full of records. We manage the day-to-day operations for this section of the Wadi works. Living in the colony means we’re always close to the job. It’s a tight-knit group here. We talk about the local news and how the heat is affecting the output. Gulbarga can get incredibly hot, so we rely on those old ceiling fans quite a bit. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, from tracking shipments to managing the workforce. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just know what needs to be done when we show up in the morning. It’s a practical environment where people value getting the job done right. We’ve been here for years, and the routine is what keeps the place stable. It’s just us, the cement, and the daily grind under the Karnataka sun. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just a bunch of folks working the plant.
