Vasu Steels

Vasu Steels is located at E-71/1 in the Industrial Area of Bsr. It is a very industrial setting with a lot of workshops and factories all around us. The yard is usually filled with stacks of steel rods, plates, and beams. It is a messy place with patches of oil on the ground and rust on some of the older stock. We have a crane and some loaders to help move the heavy stuff, but a lot of the work is still done by hand. It gets extremely noisy with the sound of metal hitting metal all day long. The office is just a tiny room partitioned off from the main warehouse. It has a single window that looks out over the yard so we can see who is coming and going. We don’t have any marketing brochures or a sales team. People just know that if they need steel in Bsr, they can come to E-71/1 and see what we have. The guys working here have been doing this for years and they don’t mind the grime or the hard labor. In the summer, the heat inside the shed is almost unbearable, so we take a lot of breaks in the shade. We aren't a polished business with a lot of fancy talk. We just weigh the steel, load the trucks, and handle the paperwork as simply as possible. It is a tough business but it keeps us going every day.
