We’ve set up our equipment in this building and it’s been our home for a while. It’s not a huge studio like the ones you see on national TV. It’s a much smaller, more practical space. We have wires and cables running across the floor and screens mounted on the walls. It can get pretty cramped when everyone is working at once. We spend our time managing the channel feed and making sure things are being broadcast correctly. Sometimes things go wrong with the equipment and we have to fix it ourselves. It’s a lot of sitting in front of computers and monitors. We don’t have a big fancy lobby for guests. Usually, it’s just us and the machines. We like being in Nandgram because it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. Our neighbors know us, and we try not to cause too much of a disturbance. It’s a simple operation and we just focus on keeping the channel running day after day. It’s hard work but it’s what we do.
