You’ll find us at 67, Navyug Market. It is a very busy area with lots of shops squeezed in next to each other. Being in a market means there is never a dull moment. We deal with iron products, mostly for construction and local repairs. Our shopfront is narrow, but we have a decent amount of storage in the back. The walls are lined with samples and old invoices that we’ve pinned up over the years. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. Sometimes it’s a contractor looking for a lot of material, and other times it’s just someone needing a single piece for a home project. We talk to everyone the same way. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a small break. Navyug Market has its own vibe, and we’ve been here long enough to know all the other shop owners nearby. It’s about being reliable and showing up every day to do the work. We don't use much technology besides a basic calculator and a phone that rings more often than not. It is a bit chaotic with all the traffic outside, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s just how we run things here.
