Utsav Pure Veg

If you are heading down the main road in Vasundhara Sector 15, you’ll see us at shop number 32. We are very close to the Golden Tulip hotel, which is a big landmark around here. Our place is a simple veg eatery. It’s not one of those fine-dining spots where you have to dress up. It is mostly local people coming in for a quick bite or families from the nearby apartments. The kitchen is always hot and smells like roasted spices and steamed rice. We start early in the morning, getting the vegetables chopped and the stoves lit. The main road is always noisy with cars and rickshaws, especially during the evening rush. We have a few tables and chairs, and they are usually full around lunchtime. We don't have a big menu with fancy names. It’s just the food we know how to cook well. The staff has been here for a bit, so we know what the regulars like to order without them asking. Sometimes the delivery guys are standing around waiting for orders, adding to the bustle. It gets a bit chaotic, but that’s the life of a shop on a main road in Ghaziabad. We just focus on the cooking and keeping the place tidy. It’s a basic, honest business and we don’t try to be anything else.
