The NegiS Tasty Fire

If you are looking for us, we are at D 509 in the S N Complex over in Lajpat Nagar. It’s a part of Sahibabad that stays pretty active. The NegiS Tasty Fire is basically just a small kitchen and a few tables. We moved into this spot in Ghaziabad a while back because the rent was fair and it seemed like a decent place to start. My family helps out quite a bit, especially on weekends when things get a little chaotic. The 201005 area is where we spend most of our lives now. We don't really have a social media team or anyone to take pretty pictures of the food. What you see is pretty much what you get. Sometimes we change the menu slightly based on what looks good at the market that day. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, and by the time we close up at night, we’re usually exhausted. But it’s good work. We know the other shop owners in S N Complex, so it feels like a little community. We’ve had some issues with the plumbing once or twice, but that’s part of owning a place. We just fix it and keep going. We don't use any secret recipes, just stuff we learned from our parents. It’s straightforward. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent shop in Sahibabad.
