The Dinners Restaurant

If you go up to the first floor of the Neha Mega Mall in Sahibabad, you will find us at D 43. We are right in the Ghaziabad area, 201005. Being inside a mall means we deal with the mall crowd, mostly people who have been walking around the shops for hours. We are quite close to the Jindal Market too, so some people come over from there when they want to get away from the street noise for a bit. The Dinners Restaurant isn't a huge place. It’s just enough for a few rows of tables. The lighting is a bit bright because of the mall halls, but we try to keep it comfortable. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure the kitchen is ready for the evening rush. Sahibabad is a busy industrial and residential mix, so we get all sorts of workers and families. It’s not very fancy here. We have menus that are a bit worn out at the edges and the floor gets scuffed up pretty fast. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to serve food and pay the bills. It’s a normal job for us. Some days are good and some days the mall is empty and we just wait. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the mall staff knows us.
