Swami Rasoi

Our kitchen, which we call Swami Rasoi, is located at shop number two on the main road in Vasundhara, Sector 16. We are right near Agarsen Chowk, so it’s a very easy place to find if you’re driving through Ghaziabad. We’ve been at this 16b 176 address for a bit, and the main road location means we see a lot of people passing by in their cars or walking home. It’s a small shop, but we make the most of the space we have. Most of our time is spent in the back, getting the food ready and making sure everything is cooked right. We don’t have a big dining hall or anything like that, just a straightforward setup where we focus on the cooking. The traffic at Agarsen Chowk can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, and we often hear the horns honking while we work. We keep things pretty informal here; we aren’t the type of place with uniforms or complicated menus. It’s just honest cooking in a busy part of the city. Sometimes we run out of certain items if it's been a busy day, but that's just how it goes when you're a small operation. We do our best to keep the counter clean and the stove going for as long as we are open. It’s a simple life running a rasoi, and we’re happy to be part of the Vasundhara community.
