Suruchi Restaurant

Suruchi Restaurant is tucked away on the second floor of Pacific Mall in Ghaziabad. We are right next to the main food court area, so it gets pretty noisy out there during the lunch hour and on weekend evenings. Being near the Kaushambi Metro Station means a lot of people walk past us after they get off the train. We also get people who are waiting for their buses across at the Anand Vihar ISBT. The mall has its own rhythm, and we are just a part of it. Most days start with the staff getting things ready before the shutters go up. We spend a lot of time making sure the tables are wiped down and the chairs are straight. It is a busy spot, and sometimes it feels like the mall never really sleeps. People come in with their shopping bags, looking for a place to sit down for a bit. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the usual stuff you find in a mall eatery. The kitchen stays busy from the time we open until the mall security starts telling everyone it is time to go home. It is just a regular place where people eat. We have been here for a while now, watching the shops around us change and new people coming in every day. The location is the main thing for us, being so close to the border of Delhi and Ghaziabad.
