Sukh Chilli Restaurant

We’ve been here in Chander Nagar for a while now, up on the first floor of Devika Tower. It is a bit of a climb if you don’t want to wait for the lift, but most people don't mind the stairs. The restaurant isn't anything fancy, just a place where you can sit down and get something to eat without a lot of fuss. Ghaziabad gets pretty busy and loud, so being one floor up actually helps a bit with the noise from the street. We started Sukh Chilli because we wanted a spot in this part of town that felt regular. Some days it is quiet and other days we are running around trying to keep up with everyone. The tables are usually full around dinner time. We mostly see people from the nearby offices or families who live around here and don't feel like cooking at home. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going as much as we can. It’s just me and a few others working here every day. We know most of the people who come in by their first names now. We aren't trying to be some big chain or anything. It is just a local shop in a big tower. We try to keep the place clean and the food ready on time. Sometimes the traffic outside is a mess, but once you get inside and up the stairs, it’s okay. That is pretty much who we are.
