Subway

This Subway is located at counter number 9 on the third floor of Shipra Mall in Indirapuram. We are part of the Bite Inn food court, which is usually a very busy area, especially during the weekends when the mall is full of families and shoppers. We spend our day behind the counter making sandwiches and wraps for people who are passing through. It is a simple setup where you walk up and tell us what you want on your bread. We bake the bread in the back throughout the day, so there is usually a fresh smell around our counter. The food court can get pretty loud with all the different stalls and people looking for a place to sit. We don't have our own private seating area; you just take your tray to one of the tables in the middle of the floor. Our team is small and we’ve been working together for a while, so we can usually handle a long line pretty quickly. We focus on keeping the vegetables chopped and the sauces filled up. It is not a complicated business, and we don't try to make it seem like one. We are just here to provide a quick meal for anyone who is hungry while they are out at the mall. It’s a practical spot for a fast lunch or dinner in Ghaziabad.
