Spice N Tadka

Spice N Tadka is located right here in Vaishali Sector 4, specifically at Shop No-K-21 and 22 on Mother Dairy Road. If you know the area, you probably know the Shiv Mandir; we are just opposite that. It’s a busy little corner of Ghaziabad. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing and serving people who live around here or happen to be passing through the sector. The traffic on Mother Dairy Road can get a bit much during the evenings, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Our shop isn't anything fancy, just a couple of units knocked together to make enough space for the kitchen and a few people to stand around. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the pans and the smell of whatever is cooking that day. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just see the sign when they're going to the temple or picking up milk nearby. It gets quite humid in the summer, but we keep the fans going. Sometimes the delivery guys are falling over each other trying to get orders out, especially on weekends when nobody wants to cook at home. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure the food tastes like it’s supposed to. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. That’s pretty much the story of our little spot in Sector 4.
